Got so much to talk about right now.... so many dreams, hopes, exciting times and so much more I don't know where to start... Life is just so awesome and I can't believe what God is doing in my life at the moment!
To start with, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life... to be baptized! It was amazing and a very special moment in my life... I had my family, one of my awesome friends :p and Daniel with me and it was so awesome plus the whole church watching (but that wasn't the good bit) it was just so awesome to give my whole life up to Christ and to tell him that he would be Lord of my life for the rest of my life! SO AWESOME!
So that was an awesome highlight.... plus on Saturday me and an awesome friend spent the day together painting and sanding the house together... it wasn't that exciting doing that but it was great having fun together:P Then on Sunday I started the day by being baptized then the day just got better and better... we went to one of my fav spots... the cliff at Red Bluff... it has become my favorite place at the moment and me, my beautiful sis, and some guys had an awesome time at the beach there then went back and watched a movie together... so it was an awesome weekend and I'm just overwhelmed by God's love and joy at the moment and it's so special! or course life has its ups and downs but overall we should be sooo thankful because God is an amazing God and he loves us and cares about us so much. I love the verse that says, "You didn't chose me, I chose you." I love the Father's love letter too, shows so much how much God loves us.
Yeah so there's so much that God is teaching me lately and I'm just enjoying learning although it's hard sometimes but God didn't put us here to have it easy, he wants us to learn all that we can and thats just what i plan to do!
Don't know exactly what my future holds, but can't wait to step into with God and take every step slowly relying on God for his direction and blessing on and in everything I do... LOVE YOU SO MUCH JESUS!
Struggling with patience at the moment but God is teaching me and I bet God thinks I'm a very slow learner... I can just imagine him smiling down saying, "Jaz, when are you ever going to learn!"
But yeah God is awesome guys and if there's anyone out there that doesn't know him and wants to, then you need to seriously consider it cause life with God is the most awesomest life you can imagine! :)

Thoughts of today...
Been thinking alot lately about what I actually want to do in my life... where to start? what do I want to do? what does God want me to do in my life? am I trying to jump into stuff too early? Should I wait? Am I thinking about these sort of things too early? I have so many questions floating around in my head everyday and prayers looking for answers. But then last night going to Bible Study I really realized that i'm not allowing God enough time and room in my life for Him to come in and give me the answers I'm looking for. I don't know about everyone else but it is so easy to forget that God is always there to lift you up when your falling, to comfort and protect you, to give you strength, to take your burden away.
I can just imagine him smiling down at me saying, "when are you going to give it to me Jaz? aren't you tired enough already, I think it's time for you to hand over all that baggage and worries and give it to me Jaz!"
I'm sure he does that all the time but i'm too caught up in my own thoughts to actually let him speak to my heart. These are very personal things but I thought if any one else is going through this, it may be helpful for them to realize that Jesus wants to take every bit of baggage from our backs.
I think it's really funny and stupid (on my part) when i'm praying to God about things and thanking Him for everything then I start forgetting I'm praying and I start worrying about something and thinking, " I can't bear this on my own, life is so tough! " Then I remember i've just been talking to my Father who cares about me so much and who wants and desires my happiness above all things and He wants to take those worries from me! Then I just slap myself and say, "WHY"D YOU DO THAT AGAIN JAZ!" lol
Yeah so that's something that I've just learnt and really wanted to share!
If you are feeling on your own, give Jesus some room and time in your life to allow him to carry those loads and worries for you! HE'S ALWAYS THERE FOR US! :)

Bethany Hamilton (My role model and inspiration for surfing)
Just thought I'd share someone who is a big inspiration to my surfing and my life.
Let me introduce you all to Bethany Hamilton!
She is such an amazing person. After having her arm bitten off by a tiger shark when she was only 13 she got back on her board and is a famous role model, surfer and inspiration to so many young people around there world. Her love for God and for sharing his word with young people and people all over the world really encourages and inspires me. :)
Bethany was always thought to be a very special girl since she was born. She was surfing the big waves when she was only 4 and was heading towards a huge surfing future when her arm got bitten off. This was a tremendous shock to her and a very hard thing to get over but with God and her faithful friend Alana Blanchard, she got over it! :D I admire her so much for this and I think she is a wonderful light for God!

Yeah so Bethany is an amazing surfer now even though she only has one arm. She was back out on her board in her favorite place, the ocean, 3 weeks after the attack! :)
She is 21 now and I really want to meet her and surf with her in Hawaii!
I know I sound crazy but I'm getting a crazy surfy chick and I just love surfing and everything to do with it!

Surfing news... :)
Hey everyone :)
My first post and I've got so many things to say I think my thoughts are going to be all over the place but anyway! :) I just love surfing and I could talk about it forever! I could talk about Bethany Hamilton all day too, as my family would deffinately agree on. LOL.... I can't watch enough movies of her surfing, or anyone surfing, and I love seeing any photos of surfers! I really want to go to Hawaii sometime... where it is warm all year round and the surf is awesome and I could even maybe meet Bethany :)
Just bought a new wetsuit the other day! :) It's blue and black. Wanted to get a ripcurl wetsuit but they had not many to chose from, so I got a Peak wetsuit. It is made out of the same material as a ripcurl wetsuit, and is made by the Ripcurl company, but it is slightly different. Then yesterday my new surfboard arrived :) It is blue and white and it is really light. Haven't done any surfing on it yet but I'm sure that will be soon. Yeah so I'm all set for this summer's surfing! Can't wait... should be great!
The other day Dad and I went surfing :) Was so good except for the moment when I thought Dad said "SHARK!" I nearly died on the spot. Actually he had been saying for me to go from a different angle to get the wave but yeah I nearly had a heart attack :)
I love the ocean, I love the smell of the seaweed ( yeah I know, kinda weird!) I love the warm sand in your toes and I love the sun that makes your eyes sparkle but I still have an extreme phobia of sharks! :) Everytime I see a dark shadow in the water my heart beats so fast and I feel like I freeze instantly :) But trying to get over that! :D LOL!
But apart from that we had a great morning surfing :)
Still got so much to learn! Wish I could learn it all faster but practice makes perfect and I hope to surf alot this summer so I'll get there eventually! I'm trying to learn to make my board turn to go with the wave... catching the wave and going straight is okay but I need to be able to turn around with it and ride it properly! Cant wait to master that one....
Anyway, so that's about it for now...
Sure I'll have plenty of more posts soon!
